Standard Shipping: All orders ship via USPS within 3-5 days from the time your order is placed. Standard shipping times vary from 2 days to 6 days depending on your location (we ship from Sausalito, CA). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 


Return Policy:

Holiday orders placed in November & December can be exchanged through January 15th for exchange or store credit.

We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly accept an exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of you receiving your jewelry. Any items returned without previous approval or do not meet our standards & policies could be denied or subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

To exchange an item please email with the subject line "Exchange Requested" followed by your order number. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day we receive the shipment for us to process the package. We will process the exchange within 10 business days after receiving the package. Exchanged merchandise must include packaging and tags.

The item(s) must be in new and unused condition to qualify. If your order arrives and is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement.  Requests for replacement must be received within 5 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. You will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to us and we will cover the shipping the replacement.  We must receive the defective pieces within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We only recommend USPS, UPS or Fedex when shipping exchanges, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Gift Cards:

Gift cards are in US dollars and expire one calendar year from issue date. Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. If your order is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your gift card code. A Blonde and Her Bag is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission. A Blonde and Her Bag reserves the right to cancel a gift card if such action is necessary. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a gift card.

Jewelry Care:

In order for your jewelry to maintain its beautiful luster and shine, here are a few suggestions: In order to keep your ring from tarnishing I recommend staying away from things that will eat away at the hard tarnish resistant coating. Such as chlorine, cleaning chemicals, non-water based lotions. Try to remove the ring when washing your hands and be overall aware that there is copper under that gold and silver. I recommend getting a fine jewelry cleaner, and cleaning monthly as the ring is wrapped so many times you want to make sure it stays clean. You can order Jewel Bright online at, you can use it on all your jewelry and it is very gentle and smells amazing. 

  • Never put your jewelry into any device in order to clean it, such as at-home water and ultrasonic cleaners, or tumblers.
  • Polish your wire jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.
  • Gently clean your stones with a lint free cloth dampened with water only.
  • We do not advise wearing your rings while doing dishes.
  • We recommend that you do not expose your jewelry to chlorine or salt water.

To get the most life out of your jewelry, please remove jewelry from your A Blonde and Her Bag gift box upon receipt. Do not use your A Blonde and Her Bag jewelry gift box as a permanent storage solution- instead, keep jewelry in air tight containers when not in use to keep it looking new for years to come! 


Repair Policy:

We want you to have your Jewelry for a long time, and your satisfaction is our key goal. We will repair any jewelry design purchased through A Blonde and Her Bag. Please email and request a repair tracking number.

Less than 6 months after purchase is free.

More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.


Sending in for Repair or exchange:


Email your current shipping address you would like your items shipped back to, as we get many deliveries, and need a record of it! Thank you in advance.



- Pack delicately so it doesn't get broken in transit

- Ship with tracking so it doesn't get lost in transit (This can be done by first class mail inexpensively)

- Include your name, email and mailing address in the package (If you don't include your name in or on your package your return or exchange will be delayed)
